My career began as a practicing lawyer, where I served as a litigator and the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office at McKenna & Cuneo, LLC (now Dentons). I pioneered the Litigation Management Services practice, introducing a quantitative and risk analysis approach to case and portfolio management. This innovative strategy led to managing large-scale litigation for prominent Fortune 500 clients such as The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin, Unisys, and PG&E. These experiences honed my skills in managing complex legal challenges and leading large teams.
Strategic Consulting Executive
Transitioning from active legal practice, I embraced roles that allowed me to implement and lead revenue strategies in the EDD industry. At Navigant Consulting, I founded the Business Development practice and grew that group from $0 to over $70 million in four years. At Xerox Litigation Services, I advanced from head of Sales & Marketing to Managing Director and Senior Vice President within 18 months. Tasked with revitalizing declining sales and establishing the company as a market leader., my tenure saw revenue growth from $50 million to $95 million and the company’s global expansion into the UK, Japan, and India. This experience enriched my ability to develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies, fostering robust client relationships and driving business growth.
